If one year or two year mandatory warranty is applied within the warranty rules, Maro GmbH covers all shipping costs from and back to customer.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
At Shower-Toilets.eu, we understand that bidets are personal hygienic devices. As such, bidets that have been used cannot be returned.
"New and unused" means the bidet has not been used or altered in any way and remains in a resalable condition. Due to the hygienic nature of our business, any products that have been connected to water or used in any way are not eligible for return due to Public Health Regulations and Maro GmbH's policy.
General Return Information:
All notifications submitted in time are considered valid.
Goods must be returned within 15 days of notice of withdrawal.
The goods must be sent undamaged and unchanged, with the original packaging.
Please send us your request to return the product.
All returns can be carried out only after an agreement within seven working days and must be marked with the approval number.
Returns must be completed no later than 30 days after your notification of withdrawal.
Exceptions to Return Policy:
The possibility of returning the goods or withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
Due to hygienic reasons, the goods may not be used.
The goods must be in their original packaging, undamaged, with all original parts and instructions.
Refund Process:
We will refund the purchase price within 15 days via Stripe, reverse the Credit Card Payment, or transfer the refund to your bank account (for this, we will need your bank account number). For more detailed information concerning the return of products, please contact us via email at info@shower-toilets.eu. We also offer the option to replace your item.
Shipping Costs:
Please note that the postage will not be refunded. All information regarding the time of delivery is not binding unless expressly stipulated by Maro GmbH.
Wrong or Defective Products:
If we shipped you the wrong product, or it arrived defective or damaged, we apologize. We will send a replacement or refund your purchase, provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, parts, etc., where applicable.
Ordering Mistakes or Changed Mind:
If you ordered the wrong item, wrong size, or simply changed your mind, we will refund your purchase (minus the shipping cost), provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, parts, etc., where applicable. Your purchase must be in "as-new" condition, and the product should not be noted as a clearance, close-out, or non-returnable item. Within 14 days of receiving the product-
Easy Exchanges:
Order the wrong size? Shower-Toilets accepts exchanges on new and unused products within 45 days of the shipment date. "New and unused" means the bidet has not been installed, used, or altered in any way and remains in resalable condition. Due to the hygienic nature of our business, any products that have been connected to water or used in any way are not eligible for exchange due to Public Health Regulations and Maro GmbH policy. Exchanges must still be in their original packaging with all parts and accessories included (unless otherwise instructed) or be subject to a 5% restocking fee.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Shower-Toilets will pay for the exchange shipping back to you, which will be shipped via DHL or DPD with insurance.
Please allow 7-10 business days after processing for the refund to appear as a credit on your bank statement. A restocking fee of 5% may be applied to returns with missing or damaged parts.
