WHAT IS THE GUARANTEE OF ROCA PRODUCTS? Roca guarantees that the products will be free of defects in materials and manufacturing processes within one year from the date of purchase under normal household conditions (five years for leading products and three years for smart toilet products). This warranty only applies to Roca bathroom products purchased and installed in Europe. During the warranty period, if the product is found to have defects in material and manufacturing process under normal household conditions, after verification, Roca will make its own decision to repair, replace, or make appropriate adjustments to the product. Roca does not bear the labor costs, dismantling or installation costs, or other incidental or derivative expenditures other than the above costs. If the product is used for commercial purposes, Roca guarantees that the product will be free from defects in materials and manufacturing processes within one year from the date of purchase (five years for leading products and three years for smart toilet products). Except for the guarantee period, other terms of the guarantee apply. The implied guarantee of the product (including the guarantee for the marketability of the product and the guarantee for a specific purpose) is only valid within the guarantee period, and Roca is not liable for any special, incidental or derivative damages. Product damage caused by accident, installation error, misuse or improper use is not covered by the warranty. Improper maintenance and cleaning will invalidate the warranty.
